Haut-Pecharmant Estate
A highly distinctive wine, featuring all four grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. This wine is made without inputs, fermenting with natural yeasts and clarifying solely by sedimentation.
The wine has a complex, mouth-watering nose, and the richness on the palate lingers on notes of red and black fruit, mixed with spicy notes (Malbec).
A good companion to our Périgord cuisine (red meats, duck dishes and cheese).
Cuvee Veuve Roches
This cuvée is a tribute to Madame Veuve Roches, who has maintained and developed Domaine Haut Pécharmant to the level it is today.
A selection of old vines, predominantly Merlot (aged in oak barrels) for finesse and elegance, combined with Cabernet for freshness and fruit.
This is a complex wine of great finesse, elegance and character.
This wine is the perfect accompaniment to any star-studded, refined cuisine.
Haut-Pecharmant Prestige
Made from the best terroirs, with the same Cabernet Sauvignon predominance as the traditional Domaine, this wine is matured in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months, depending on the structure and development of the tannins.
This wine expresses itself with power, intensity and very long, silky tannins.
Best served with wild game, local specialities and strong cheeses.
Clos Peyrelevade
Owned by the family since 1915, this 10-hectare, high-density vineyard is planted on an iron-rich gravel plateau. It faces south-west. The vines produce a Pécharmant wine, a sulphite-free red Périgord wine and a rosette white wine. Enjoy the fruitiness and suppleness of these wines with friends and small, convivial dishes.
For our Rosé, we use the first juices from the harvest, fresh and light, as well as the grapes from the young vines, which have macerated for two hours before being pressed. This unique rosé is a blend of 4 grape varieties, giving it a complex fruitiness and long finish. A real summer wine!
